Izabela received a Master of Landscape Architecture from Harvard Graduate School of Design and She has an extensive background in fine arts and design, holding two master’s degrees in fine arts—one from the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Lodz, Poland, and the other from the University of Florida. She is a registered Landscape Architect in the State of New York.
She worked for 10 years for Michael Van Valkenburgh Associates Inc in New York City. While working for MVVA she specialized in all phases of design development, including design studies, historic and material research, site analysis and visualization. She had significant contributions to numerous competitions, including the Obama Presidential Center, University of Toronto, One Vanderbilt, Etobicoke Civic Center, Waller Creek, and others.
Since 2021, Izabela has been working as a consultant for U.S. firms, including MVVA, and also teaches landscape architecture design.
She is a founder of Izabela LLC multidisciplinary studio with a focus on art and design.
